Cancellation Policy for Chepang Hill Homestay Trek:

At Epic Trek Nepal, we understand the changes in plan unexpectedly. That is why we designed it to be fair and clear.

Cancellation Notice:

By any reason, if you need to cancel tour trek then please inform us at least 15 days before your scheduled Trek start date.

Administrative Fee:

When you cancel the trek, 25% fee will be reduced from the total cost of trek as administrative charge. This fee covers the planning and organizational cost we’ve already done for your trip.

Non-Refundable Period:

If the cancellation happen less than 7 days before the trek start date, no refund will be provided but by looking at the situation and if we feel the reason of cancelation is valid then the amount will be refunded after deducting 70% of total trek amount. In such time we have already submitted the cost and reserved the spots for you.

Documentation Support:

We know insurance claim can be important. in-case if you cancel, we would gladly provide the necessary document such as receipts to help with your insurance process.

Unused Accommodation:

Please note that if your trek is cancel due to personal reasons, illness or bad weather, refunds for unused accommodation are not available.

Accommodations at local lodges are simple but clean and comfortable. This trekking is completely home-stay based trekking where you’ll stay with local Chepang families.

The food is plain. Toilets and washing facilities are shared and rudimentary. You’ll get authentic local meals prepared by your host families.

All Trekking Permit and Local Permit are required, but these are typically arranged by your trekking company.

The main attraction of Chepang Hill is the Homestay offered by the local house. The Home Stay program is designed in order to generate income possibilities for marginalized people and offers unique cultural immersion.

The Autumn and spring season is the best season for trekking in this wonderful village. Monsoon and winter are also good but in this season, we will not be able to see the wonderful land.

We will walk through lush green “hills” (ascending 1800m at the highest point) during the trek.

The trekking route has not yet been highly commercialized, that’s why the trail is less crowded.

The warm hospitality of the villagers, who invite trekkers to stay in their lovely homes and share meals with them, is one of the trek’s most intriguing features.

Toilets and washing facilities are shared and rudimentary. It’s a basic but authentic rural experience.

     Verified The joy of walking on two feet, the scenery is dumb!
A visit to the Himalayas in early May at 4 Willmal was one of the long-awaited bucket lists. He took steps hoping that both health and luck could walk along. Although it rained frequently in early May due to the unpleasant weather, the cluster that could be seen throughout the walk was a great consolation for the tired footsteps of the dandelions. More than 10 meters tall are called the national trees of Nepal. For the first time in the Himalayas, the large and colourful flower feathers of the Himalayas seem to emerge in a dream. Trekking here seems to be more difficult as you become aware of your destination. With a sense of putting everything down, I had to step one step and move forward. Like the careless jacks here. Finally arrived at the Base Camp Lodge and fell asleep in the expectation of tomorrow's Everest panorama. At 3 o'clock in the morning, we left for approximately two hours to reach the view peak. The sunrise expected was difficult to see in a dark shade, but the magnificent and breathtaking Mount Everest mountain ranges showed a wind-like look. After completing the base camp trip with a cut 'Chalkock' photographed on the background, we travelled through Shambeshi, the area of Solunabou, and visited the nearby Tibetan Buddhist temple 'Keten Kuling' to see the sherpa people and the village that lived as a group around it. The purity and integrity of these mountainous people may come from a life of conformity to nature and religion. He helped us complete this journey safely. Mr. Thank you very much to Bhanu and Porter.
