Trip Overview

Tsho Rolpa Trek, is a hidden gem of Nepal nestled inside the Rolwaling Valley in Nepal. It is one of Nepal’s most remarkable glacial lakes, standing at an altitude of about 4,580 meters. It is actually the largest glacial lake in Nepal, which has a deep turquoise color. The lake reflects the surrounding snow-capped peaks, creating a magical scenery.

Tsho Rolpa Trek

Other than being a remarkable glacial lake, Tsho Rolpa is also a major water supply for the local people around that area. Visiting this place gives you a unique chance to appreciate the power and calmness found within nature located at the heart of the Himalayas.

A trek to Tsho Rolpa offers you a very rare opportunity to feel the beauty of the high Himalayas, see glacier at close range, and experience the peace and magic of nature. This region is surrounded by Sherpa community, and this combination of breathtaking landscapes and rich cultural heritage take you to a very offbeat place. Whether you are a nature lover, adventure seeker or photography person, Tsho Rolpa is definitely going to impress you.
